EFL PREVIEW: We look ahead to tonight’s EFL match between LEICESTER v CHELSEA with a recommended BETDAQ bet.
Leicester v Chelsea
7.45pm This should be a interesting game to see how Chelsea bounce back after losing at home to Liverpool at the weekend – you have to wonder though what sort of line-ups will we get here and how many first team players will be rested?
Conte will no doubt want to bounce back well, as all good teams do, however he may well take the chance to rest some of his top players – Leicester will probably do the same, especially when you factor in that their team doesn’t change that much week-on-week and they also have added Champions League commitments this year too.
It’s obviously hard to be very confident about anything prior to knowing what teams we have but the match odds at the time of writing are Leicester 3.9, Chelsea 2.08 and the draw 3.75. We feel that Chelsea’s fringe players will be stronger than Leicester’s but at 2.08, they do seem to be a bit short to back with unknown teams.
With that in mind we’ve looked at the goals markets for a bit of value and 1.75 on Both Teams To Score looks a decent bet here. Chelsea conceded twice at home in the last round to Bristol Rovers and Leicester’s games thus far this season have seen plenty of goals. We feel BTTS offers slightly better value than the current 1.81 for over 2.5 goals.
