NAPS HAT-TRICK: Daqman made it a hat-trick of winning naps this week with Free Pic WON 5-6 at Catterick. He made it two winners from three selections on the day with City Of Memphis WON 11-10 who was weak in the early market but well backed ahead of her smooth win at Gowran Park.

10-1 WINNER: Daqman selected two winners from three races on Tuesday including 10-1 cracker LUCKY SEVENS at Yarmouth. He also landed his second nap in a row with Lady Youmzain WON 4-5 at Pontefract. He stays in the north east with a nap at Catterick this afternoon.

21 POINTS PROFIT IN TWO DAYS: Daqman struck with two winners out of three yesterday including his nap MR COLONEL WON 11-10. He added to it when his third and final selection ANALOGICAL WON 100-30 at Newcastle for a 17.3 point profit haul on the day.

DAQMAN BEATS THE MARKET: Daqman notched up a profit of 4 points from just two selections on Sunday when Market House WON 15-8 at Plumpton. His planned third selection of the day was a non runner.

DOUBLE TROUBLE FOR DAQMAN: There are excuses in every race but Daqman is nursing a double hangover from yesterday’s Greenham and Scottish Grand National. At Ayr, Kim Roque’s rider lost a stirrup, and had to reach down rodeo-style to recover it (beaten less than two lengths, third) and at Newbury, though Zavateri was short of room then bumped, he was a length second in the Greenham.

WIN-100 PLUS BIG-RACE DOUBLES: Daqman has big-race doubles today with a single shot at 8.3 in the Spring Cup at Newbury and 1-2-3 in the Scottish Grand National, with BETDAQ offers at 6.2, 11.0 and a win-100 bet at 34.0.

DAQMAN LAYS DOWN A CHALLENGE: Daqman dares defy Dan Skelton, the new champion trainer, opposing his favourite in a chase he’s won five times, putting into battle against him a winner 14 times in 17 starts. He has a supernap at Newbury.

866-1 DOUBLE FOR MAGIC MARCO: Sardinian jockey Marco Ghiani, the one-time champion apprentice, had a big day at the office yesterday when he won the fillies’ Classic test, Nell Gwyn Stakes, on Azleet at 50-1 and completed an 866-1 double in the handicap at the end of the day.

57 POINTS UP IN TWO DAYS: Daqman won with short prices and he hit the bull’s-eye with a long-shot, startling start to Newmarket yesterday by the king of tipsters. He’s made 57 points profit in two days.

GUINEAS TRIALS AT NEWMARKET: The ‘real racing’ starts today, the Craven meeting on turf at Newmarket headquarters in a week of 2,000 Guineas trials on the Rowley Mile course there and at Newbury.

7-2 STRIKE FOR DAQMAN: Noche Clasica (WON 7-2) means a classic night out and it was a welcome Sunday best at the end of the day for Daqman.

NATIONAL NEEDS GOLD INJECTION: For once, blind-faith punters got it right. They made I Am Maximus favourite for their favourite race and he duly won the Grand National. The Gold Cup doesn’t have the same appeal but Daqman argues that confirmation is still needed that the National is gold standard.
