DAQMAN TREBLE AT BETDAQ VALUE: It was the shape of things to come when Daqman landed his nap yesterday. He followed up winning two races out of two at the Kempton evening meeting, completing a perfect day on BETDAQ, with value exchange offers and big XSPs.

TAKE A SLICE OF ORANGE
ā 5.42 Sandown (National Stakes) LAYS LOGIC: SP favourites show poor returns (only one winner outright) and raiding Yorkshire stables have a quite stunning 50% record.
But the persuader if you fancy a bet on the outcome is that stalls 1-to-4 win 80% of the time. That strengthens Napa (gate 2) over Adaay Of Scarlett (7).
And David OāMeara, who trains near the handsome town of Helmsley – thereās no other word for it – won this with a filly in 2022 and has a fast sort, well drawn here, in Princess dāOrange (stall 4), already a winner over the tough Beverley 5f. Betdaq Betting Exchange 14.0 taken.
THE FURTHER THEY GO..
ā 6.12 Sandown (Henry II Stakes) Though seven now, Sweet William is a past winner of this race (2024) who bounced back the last day, beating Caballo De Mar in the Sagaro at Ascot (Dubai Future fourth) before Caballo won the Group-1 Prix Vicomtesse Vigier at Longchamp last week.
This race sees the launch into staying events of last yearās English and Irish Derby placed Lazy Griff.
The grey Further and another seven-year-old, Epic Poet, were one-two in the Geoffrey Freer in August.
Further has been gelded since gearing the rest of his three-year-old season to the Melbourne Cup and the son of Arc winner Waldgeist could be a different proposition, after his run back in the Yorkshire Cup.
YAZIN.. OR IS IT ALL TALK!
ā 6.42 Sandown (Heron Stakes) The Gosden yard took this 1m Listed for 3yo three times in a row (2018-21) but Charlie Appleby and William Buick won it last year and have four chances to the Gosdenās one with Yazin in this eveningās race.
Royal Ascot entries make it clear that Talk of New York (Buick) and Time To Turn (James Doyle) are their top two, with both entered in the St Jamesās Palace Stakes against Yazin.
First foal of a Frankel mare, Yazin scored impressively at Newmarket in the autumn, with the runner-up a clear winner next time. But Talk Of New YĆørk was very strong in the market this morning.
DECISION FOR OMBUDSMAN
ā 7.12 Sandown (Brigadier Gerard Stakes) This used to be Sir Michael Stouteās favourite target, and he is much missed for the kind of punt I landed four years ago on Bay Bridge in this race.
Godolphin dominate with two trained Charlie Appleby – Arabian Light and Bedouin Prince – but with team Gosdensā Ombudsman wearing the blue cap.
Second last year, giving weight to the winner, Almaqam, he reversed the placings with that one when only king-of-the-world Calandagan deprived him of the Champion Stakes.

What are points? Points facilitate a staking plan, which is the secret to creating profit. One point is whatever you choose: a pound, a euro, or whatever ….
Start with a bank and decide how much you can afford to lose over a period of time, and determine the size of your bets accordingly. Daqman makes this variation every day.
