THREE GROUP 3 RACES: Plenty of big race action on the Curragh card this afternoon featuring three Group 3 races.
English raider Desert Diamond looks the answer to the Group 3 Snow Fairy Fillies Stakes at the Curragh this afternoon.
The Sir Michael Stoute trained runner has had a busy season but still seems to be improving. After finishing fourth in the Sandringham Stakes at Royal Ascot she has gone on to finish runner-up in a Listed race at Sandown and then, last time out, was the runaway winner of a Listed race at York where she bolted home by six lengths.
She is preferred to the home trained Mary Tudor who was a fantastic 25/1 third in the Irish Oaks here but may struggle for speed over this shorter distance.
