THURSDAY NIGHT LA LIGA: Our football tipster The Ultra previews Thursday’s La Liga games between CELTA VIGO V REAL SOCIEDAD and LEVANTE V ATLETICO MADRID both with a recommended BETDAQ bet.
CELTA VIGO V REAL SOCIEDAD
6pm The midweek La Liga action continues on Thursday night and we have another very interesting night ahead on BETDAQ Betting Exchange. Real Sociedad managed to hold Atletico Madrid to a draw at the weekend and that meant they finished the weekend sitting top of the table. Both clubs are back in action this evening, and we start with Celta Vigo hosting Real Sociedad. Celta Vigo recorded a much needed win for them on Monday night with a 3-0 win over Getafe. That was a huge game as both clubs were down towards the bottom of the table and now Celta Vigo are safely (for the time being!) three points away from the bottom three. Celta Vigo are far too good to go down, however there’s no getting away from the fact they have had a bad start to the season.
Although Real Sociedad were a little lucky to get a draw with Atletico Madrid at the weekend, you can’t knock how they start their seasons. They come out flying and although they are fully expected to fall away in the coming weeks, with the likes of Barcelona struggling they could actually hang on for Champions League football, who knows this season with all the change. I am a little worried looking at the xG figures from Real Sociedad from recent weeks that they haven’t been creating that many chances, however they look cracking value here at 2.76. I was expecting Sociedad to be clear favourites here before clicking into market and we have a very open market. Both sides are very close together, but I would have Real Sociedad clear favourites.
The Ultra Says:
Three points win Real Sociedad to beat Celta Vigo at 2.76 with BETDAQ Exchange.

LEVANTE V ATLETICO MADRID
8.30pm Next we have another fascinating market as Levante host Atletico Madrid. It’s fair to say Atletico Madrid need a win here as they haven’t had to best of weeks. They lost 3-2 to Liverpool in the Champions League and then held to settle for a 2-2 draw against Real Sociedad at the weekend. Both of those games came with home advantage too, and they are a little off the pace at the top of La Liga. After the weekend fixtures, they were three points behind Real Sociedad at the top and two points behind Real Madrid and Sevilla. It’s clear to see that they haven’t been at their best this season looking at their xG figures – that’s why I was happy to be against them at the weekend. Although I fully accept they aren’t playing free-flowing football at the moment, although they did create a good xg figures against Real Sociedad, they look massive tonight at 1.71.
Levante are sitting in the bottom three and have yet to win a game this season. They haven’t managed five draws from five games, so their plan will be to try and frustrate this Atletico side and that’s certainly the way to go – if Atletico aren’t creating a lot of chances, then Levante could easily bag a 0-0 here. I feel that is their best chance of a result though, and I can’t see them keeping Atletico out for the full 90 minutes. Whenever Levante have faced a top side this season they have conceded a host of goals – they conceded three against Real Madrid (although they managed to score three too!), three against Barcelona and five against Sevilla at the weekend. They have been bang average this season and I while I fully accept Atletico haven’t been at their best, they are still massive here at 1.71. I would have them much shorter to beat an average side like Levante and they have to be an Max Bet at the odds.
The Ultra Says:
Five points win Atletico Madrid to beat Levante at 1.71 with BETDAQ Exchange.
