LA LIGA ON MONDAY: Our football tipster The Ultra previews Monday’s La Liga action with the games between RAYO VALLECANO v CELTA VIGO and LEVANTE v GRANADA both with a recommended BETDAQ bet.
RAYO VALLECANO V CELTA VIGO
5.30pm Its been a blockbuster weekend in Europe, and the action continues on Monday night on BETDAQ Betting Exchange with two games from La Liga. We have another busy week coming up with the Champions League and Europa League, but we have two cracking markets to look at tonight. We start with an open betting heat at Rayo Vallecano host Celta Vigo. Rayo Vallecano hit the headlines during the week after Barcelona sacked Ronald Koeman after a 1-0 loss to Rayo Vallecano. Obviously there is a lot going on behind the scenes at Barcelona at the moment, but their performance on the pitch wasn’t bad. Rayo Vallecano might have won the game, but they actually conceded an xG of 3.14 and after a very impressive start to the season their chances conceded are creeping up. They like to play an open game, and to be fair to them they are getting results so it’s hard to criticize them.
When you look at the table, it’s actually hard to believe that Rayo Vallecano are in the top five! They only finished 6th in the Segunda last season but made it through the Playoffs. Celta Vigo are having an average seasons compared to Rayo Vallecano, but they have been unlucky recently. They lost 2-0 to Real Sociedad midweek, but it was a pretty even game and the same can be said about their recent losses to Sevilla and Elche too. That being said, the luck always swings as they were lucky to beat Levante a handful of games ago too. I’m not surprised we have an open market here, and I feel we’ll get a very close game – the draw makes the most appeal to me at 3.4. I can see plenty of chances and goals here, and I wouldn’t rule out a 2-2 or 3-3!
The Ultra Says:
One point win Draw at 3.4 with BETDAQ Exchange.

LEVANTE V GRANADA
8pm We finish the action on Monday night with a huge game at the bottom of La Liga. Levante host Granada in what is, at the moment anyway, a relegation six pointer. Coming into this game Levante sit in the bottom three, with Granada just outside the bottom three but only on goal difference. They are two points ahead of Levante, but a loss for either side here would be a huge setback. Both sides managed to pick up a point midweek, and in fairness to them they were both a little unlucky not to win. Levante created a higher xG figures against Atletico Madrid and Granada should have beat Getafe – xG finished 2.09 to 0.71 in favour of Granada. This is a big run of games for Granada given Getafe are nailed to the bottom of the table, and they can’t really afford to not win this game after only getting a draw against Getafe. The La Liga relegation battle will be dramatic as always with plenty of teams involved, but this is a big game.
You’d have to think that Granada are too good to go down. They finished in 9th last season, and on paper they are the much better side here. The problem is their performances this season have been very poor. They have actually been lucky to pick up the points they have. They managed to beat Sevilla 1-0 with xG finishing 0.07 to 1.84 in one of the most lucky results of the La Liga season! They drew away to Barcelona too with Barcelona creating an xG of 2.10 to 0.76. Looking at the Granada xG figures it’s clear to see their issues lie up front, they just aren’t creating enough chances. Levante definitely create more chances than Granada, and I feel this is where the game will be won. I know they also concede more chances, but Granada don’t have to talent up front to take advantage. This is a game for low stakes between two struggling sides, but Levante are the value call for me at 2.1.
The Ultra Says:
Two points win Levante to beat Granada at 2.1 with BETDAQ Exchange.
