SHAMROCK BIDS FOR A NAPS FOUR-TIMER TODAY: His last three naps have won at 11/10, 5/2 and 4/5. Tuesday’s NAP bolted home by six and a half lengths in a 7f race !
Another winning nap and another that was backed off the boards !!!
Now three naps in a row and all three have been well backed compared to morning prices on BETDAQ.
Sun: PLEASANT BAY (NAP) WON 11/10
Mon: SHARJAH (NAP) WON 5/2
Tue: PEARL EARING (NAP) WON 4/5
Pearl Earing broke smartly yesterday and the result was never really in doubt.
There’s a big Irish challenge on day one of York today with Trading Leather and Declaration Of War amongst the six strong field for the Juddmonte International Stakes at 3.40 won last year of course by Frankel.
I prefer Trading Leather of the pair but both may be a few lengths behind Al Kazeem and Toronado.
For the all-important NAP I’m staying in Ireland and going for Bleeding Hearts in the opener at Bellewstown.
He seems to be improving with each start and is versatile ground wise. He doesn’t have the best draw but the biggest factor in his favour is that his form stands out in a weak contest.
SHAMROCK’S BETS:
NAP: Bleeding Hearts (4.00 Bellewstown)
