TRUE VALUE AS SUPERNAP ROMPS HOME: There are value bets to be had at both ends of the market when the offers are in the very low BETDAQ overrounds. Yesterday Daqman insisted there was value in 7-10 One True King (WON 8-13), which won by the proverbial street, 12 lengths, 23 lengths and 58 lengths. His outsider, What A Moment (3rd 14-1), was placed at Wincanton.
Two naps out of three
WON 11-10 ROYAL EAGLE (Tuesday nap)
WON 8-13 ONE TRUE KING (Thursday supernap)
BATTLE OF THE BIG TIME LOCKED AT 8-8: The challenge between Daqman and Pricewise is red-hot at 8-8 after a flurry of weekend big-race winners. Pricewise wants to play again today. Daqman says: Bring it on!
BOIZELO POISED FOR REPEAT
⭕ 12.45 Sandown Le Boizelo has been carefully lined up for a repeat in this race, which he won ears pricked a year ago.
Though he’s scored at Wincanton since, he’s just 7lb higher overall, and a recent run in a hurdle at Exeter should have him ready to go at 5.9 on the BETDAQ BETTING EXCHANGE.
Runner-up last year, Boughtbeforelunch, is a real bridesmaid, just 1-14 over fences and placed 32232323 since the win.
My Way has yet to score over fences in 12 tries but has kept good company at Ascot, Cheltenham and Kempton, and comes to this under an amateur who is 2-3.
Call Me Vic, who was Pointing all last year (won four), has always preferred top of the ground and too much cut might not be helpful now for the 13-year-old legs!
SIVOLA CAN DEFY A PENALTY
⭕ 1.50 Sandown Young horses do well in this. Ages five and six have won the last seven out of eight, five of them separated by just 3lb in the handicap.
Funambule Sivola (BETDAQ 4.4) could take another step forward from Wetherby which was a tough initiation for the five-year-old first time over fences.
He jumped really well and went clear, seeing off the favourite by seven lengths, and is out again quickly with a 7lb penalty.
Trainer Venetia Williams is 8-26 but, if you look only at her chasers, this picture emerges in the last two weeks: 1130233131213331142, still standing.
Mister Murchan has been hit with a 12lb penalty and Morning Vicar has to give Sivola 16lb.
RAIN WILL BOOST THE STORM
⭕ 2.05 Exeter In-and-out stable form won’t necessarily stop The Big Breakaway against weak opposition, and the nearest to him in the ratings, Bold Plan, is from a stable out of form.
⭕ 3.00 Sandown Springfield Fox won two races in quick succession after a seven-lengths drubbing by Illegal Model in January, and Model finished close on his return at Uttoxeter in October to Midlands Grand National runner-up, Captain Drake (Espion 10th of 13).
Storm Arising and Potters Hedger, separated by half a length at Lingfield, are equalised by the handicapper now. But Storm Arising finished really well in the mud that day and will appreciate the rain. Betdaq 6.9 this morning.
It’s a tough race for Illegal Model’s handicap debut and trainer Charlie Longsdon is a poor 1-25, with seven of his last 10 runners failing to complete.
BERMEO LOOKED BIG AT 11.0
⭕ 3.15 Exeter Nigel Twiston-Davies is a top man with stayers and is 1U1P1P in this race. If they stand up, they win!
The last time Nigel’s Ballymalin raced this far, he was second in the Surrey National off 2lb higher than today. Yet he was 21.0 on BETDAQ this morning.
This race won’t take much winning if the overnight favourite, Lithic, is anything to go by. He’s run 20 chases without success and is now 11 years old.
The trip is expected to help new favourite this morning, Sizing Cusimano – knocking at the door over shorter – and also Bermeo, who finished well up the hill at Cheltenham the last day. BETDAQ 11.0.
Petite Power was second in this race last year and afterwards third in the Warwick Classic but has run moderately this autumn and is 11 now.
MALLOW A MUST IN THE MUD
⭕ 3.35 Sandown The 2m winner Whitehotchillifili is giving weight all round over a longer trip on heavy. Success for Bit On The Side, Vegas Blue and Misty Bloom has all come on decent ground.
I’ll try Penny Mallow, a strong galloper from the mudloving team of Venetia Williams. Gambled on to launch a chasing career but back to hurdles here off a winning mark. BETDAQ 5.0.

What are points? Points facilitate a staking plan, which is the secret to creating profit. One point is whatever you choose: a pound, a euro, or whatever ….
Start with a bank and decide how much you can afford to lose over a period of time, and determine the size of your bets accordingly. Daqman makes this variation every day.
