7-4 BANKER IN BIG-RACE DOUBLE: Daqman scored a decisive 2-0 victory over his arch-rival Pricewise with a big-race double in England and Ireland yesterday, starring a sensational 12-lengths romp by his banker in the John Durkan Punchestown Chase and completed in the Peterborough Chase at Huntingdon by 40 lengths:
WON 7-4 DJAKADAM (banker nap)
WON 9-4 AL FEROF
11-3 LEAD AFTER ONLY 24 DAYS: After just 24 days of the NH season, Daqman now leads Pricewise by 11 winning bets to 3 and he’s soared 159 up on the Racing Post man overall in two years’ tipping, with the scores 257-98.
164 POINTS PROFIT ON THE NAP: Djakadam gave Daqman seven winning bankers out of 10 and took him to 12 successive best bets in the first three, with a naps profit in the NH season of 164.80 to 20-point-win level stakes. Update:

Nine winning bets in one day. And an unbeatable ante-post insight from his dossier on the Champion Hurdle. Those were the Daqman columns last Monday and Tuesday.
So he’s planning the same assault for winners now and in the future in his column this week, starting tomorrow with his Champions File on another big-race at the Cheltenham festival.
And on Friday there is a further BETDAQ-sponsored meeting at Doncaster. Can he repeat last week’s sensational 5-1 nap and five consecutive unplaced lays among nine winning bets on the BETDAQ Kempton card?
Look out, too, for his ABC Guide to the December Gold Cup, which will be the main feature of Saturday’s big meeting at Cheltenham.

5.5 MARAWEH IS THE MUSSELBURGH NAP
1.45 Musselburgh Though he’s won three of his last four races, Maraweh is up just 3lb for a CD success here in Edinburgh last month, whereas One For Hocky, who has been been chasing, is 12lb higher over hurdles than when he won here a year ago.
Perennial is an NH maiden, and the only other horse fancied at the front of the market, Solway Sam, is now 12 years old going on 13. Maraweh was 5.5 in THE BETDAQ orange when I compiled this column.
2.20 Musselburgh A change of stables could continue the improvement made by Bright Prospect when winning at Kilbeggan in the summer: 8.8 taken in the BETDAQ orange.
The second horse home at Kilbeggan (a right-handed track) won seven lengths next time. Musselburgh is also a right-hander.
KID GIVEN A CHANCE BY THE HANDICAPPER
2.00 Lingfield Saeed Bin Suroor is in cracking form (four out of 7) and, though Super Kid (3.05 offers) is a bit of a bridesmaid – form figures 2232 – he was unlucky not to score at Kempton on the last day.
In fact, he’s a blot on the handicap in this respect: he would probably have won at Kempton if he’d got out early enough but was penalised only 2lb for a narrow defeat yet the winner went up 5lb and is raised a total of 7lb after another good run since.
3.30 Lingfield Early foragers wanted some 8.2 Caminel and offers down to 6.6 were quickly taken. He won the race last year and is three times a course winner all told.
MARKET SHUNS THE DEALER: POINT TAKEN
3.40 Chelmsford Paper-favourite Dutch Art Dealer returns in the cheekpieces which helped him to back-to-back success a year or so ago.
He’s obviously had his problems but wasn’t beaten far on his Kempton reappearance last month.
Well behind that day was Field Of Dream, who has had to drop down to class 6 to get back into the winners’ enclosure.
That’s how I saw the race over my cornflakes but, by the time the school bus passed the end of my road, they were dealing 11.0 about the Dutch Art gelding. He was being shunned.
That left Mythical Madness and Volunteer Point trading clear in the market, and I volunteered my pound after her second on today’s course in fast time on the last day: 5.2 taken.
