ALL FIVE HORSES FINISHED IN THE FIRST TWO: Every one of five Daqman Horses To Follow to have raced so far have finished in the first two, with a big-priced winner that puts them well in front. The revised list assesses the weekend results and spots target races.

A 30-1 TREBLE BID ACROSS THE JUMPS CARDS: Quality is thin on the ground today but Daqman fancies Daq Multiples doubles and a treble at 30-1 or so on BETDAQ from three with outstanding ability on the two Jumps cards.. If only they will put it in!

HORSES TO FOLLOW ARE 100 UP

Ton up already! Thanks to Rock The Kasbah (WON 9-1) Daqman’s horses to follow (results so far: 22212) are showing 100 points profit to 20-point level stakes, following on the 1,151 secured on the Flat for his Fortune Cookies.

Newcomers to the Jumps list today are Boyhood, Lalor, Le Prezien, Palmers Hill and Sharjah. Here are the results to date, with projected races, plus a bit about the newcomers:

BLOW BY BLOW (2nd evens) Drinmore Novice Chase, Fairyhouse, December 2

BOYHOOD Form on soft 13214141 but didn’t get his ground when second, trying to give 13lb, to First Assignment at Cheltenham on Saturday.

ELEGANT ESCAPE Ladbrokes Trophy, Newbury, December 1

FRODON (2nd 16-1), Grand Sefton, Aintree, December 8

LALOR Impressive when accounting for top novices in the Arkle Trial yesterday in very fast time.

LE PREZIEN Showed in the Grand Annual that being held up in a big field on soft ground is his ideal. On Sunday he was outpaced seeing daylight all the way in the small-field Shloer Chase on a fast surface. He’ll be back.

MT LEINSTER (2nd 6-5) will reappear over Christmas.

PALMERS HILL Fourth winner in five years of the conditionals race at Cheltenham yesterday for J P McManus, whose notable winner of the event was Unowhatimeanharry, who would score 10 times in 11 starts including the Albert Bartlett.

Palmers Hill could now go for the trial for that race (the Bristol Novices’ Hurdle) at Cheltenham’s December meeting.

PRESENTING PERCY John Durkan, Punchestown, December 9

ROCK THE KASBAH (WON 9-1) Ladbrokes Trophy, Newbury, December 1, or Becher Chase, Aintree, December 8

SHARJAH Galway Hurdle winner on the soft and easy winner of yesterday’s Morgiana on good. Next stop: Hatton’s Grace Hurdle, Fairyhouse, December 2

SHATTERED LOVE Lancashire Chase, Haydock, December 1; John Durkan, Punchestown, December 9; King George, Kempton, December 26

THE LAST DAY Highflyer Novices Chase, Warwick, Wednesday.

TIGER ROLL (2nd 11-4) scheduled for the Cheltenham December meeting.

Others: CYRNAME, ELDORADO ALLEN, FIDUX, POLITOLOGUE, SPIRITOFTHEGAMES, VINTAGE CLOUDS

I TOOK ALL THAT MALARKY..

1.00 Plumpton Colin Tizzard is on a hat-trick after scoring with his last two runners at Cheltenham yesterday.

He has always thought that fencing would be Mister Malarkey’s game, and receipt of 8lb from Chosen Path should be enough.

Larry (not jump well) and Risk And Roll already have chasing experience but their fencing reports both say ‘could do better’.

I took all the 5.2 then on offer early doors about Mister Malarky in a 103% overround BETDAQ orange.

2.45 Hereford This is William H Bonney’s first race outside Graded or Listed company in eight starts since January 2017.

He made it three out of six that day and, dropped 12lb in the last year or so, and after wind surgery, he should be able to resume his old ways in this lesser company.

Cougar Kid is 6lb above his highest winning mark and always needs several runs after a break before reaching his peak.

HE JUST LOVES TO BE LEADER

3.20 Hereford In 2015 Love The Leader set up a sequence of four wins in 13 days, switching from a hurdles hat-trick on good ground to success over fences on soft.

Three years on, he bids for a hat-trick in 11 days, trying to follow up an easy hurdles double with this handicap chase at Hereford.

Abbeygrey does best when fresh: he has won three times after a break but failed to close down Hoke Colburn at Ludlow on his recent return (Cernunnos third).

Pembroke House is a bridesmaid extraordinary. The grey’s 30 races include two wins but 19 times placed without winning, including a sequence of 22242333232, still standing.
