EQUALITY CAN DEFY BIG WEIGHT

⚠️ HEADS UP Thunderstorms are forecast for both Lingfield (AW) and Windsor. I’m moving straight on to Windsor, where we have a class-2 sprint and conditions should be better known by this evening after a day of exposure to the elements.

⭕ 7.10 Windsor Equality, Isle Of Lismore and Night On Earth stand out immediately as CD winners, which is a useful start at Windsor.

They came out of stalls 3, 4 and 7 when they won, and are in 1, 2, 4 respectively tonight.

Equality was racing off 82 when he scored here last April but won at Haydock in the autumn off 94 and stepped up again, beaten less than two lengths at Ascot.

He appears to have a tough task with 10st 2lb but is a hidden horse after running in the Palace House Stakes (Group 3) and the Temple Stakes (Group 2) as opening gambits to his season.

You look through the other end of the telescope at Isle Of Lismore. His best form is on softish ground and he’s won only a class 4 in the last 12 months. Night On Earth has won in class 2 and 3 but only on AW.

Swayze is a class-4 horse and Bedford Flyer is just short of a finish off his high mark. BETDAQ value 4.3 Equality.

FOUR WINS HERE BUT BETDAQ 6.2

⭕ 7.00 Pontefract The Yorkshire course should be free of the storms which threaten the South, and front-runner La Pulga could follow up his Hamilton win four days back.

He dictated and soon wrapped it up, as if today’s quick return under a 5lb penalty would be no worries.

C’mon Kenny was unlucky at Haydock (short of room) on his first try, third, at 1m 4f but the form looks altogether suspect.

The 50-1 unfancied runner-up, Swift Tuttle, led at a steady pace and, with the race run 13 secs slow, In the Breeze produced a sprint finish to get up by a neck.

I prefer, as my second choice, the CD winner three times, Carrigillihy, whose Pontefract form is 1111, literally four runs, four wins.

Betdaq Betting Exchange 4.8 La Pulga, 6.2 Carrigillihy

HE’LL RUN LIKE LOOSE CHANGE..

⭕ 7.30 Pontefract The stayers qualifier just begs for something to take on the small field, preferably at odds against (2.41 do you?)

Those are the offers and that’s exactly the running style of Giovanni Change, who did that very demolition job here in April, then picked up a class-3 hurdle on another front-runners’ track, Market Rasen.

Can Flint Hill catch him, rated 2lb better and a dual CD winner, showing a preference for firmish ground?

His trainer, Ruth Jefferson hasn’t had a winner since he scored a month back, and Flint Hill is her only Flat starter this year.

Yorkindness has dabbled in stayers’ races but his sole success at any distance was his 1m 3f (soft) maiden win last August, always a bad sign.

Byron Hill has to give weight all round. First-time cheekpieces could help but would you bet on it?

What are points? Points facilitate a staking plan, which is the secret to creating profit. One point is whatever you choose: a pound, a euro, or whatever ….

Start with a bank and decide how much you can afford to lose over a period of time, and determine the size of your bets accordingly. Daqman makes this variation every day.
