ENGLISH HOPES FLOP IN FRENCH OAKS: Royal Ascot starts tomorrow with the news not good for fillies from the home Classics which are running in the week. Tamfana (1,000 Guineas fourth) and Dance Sequence (Oaks runner-up) let down their form when third and 14th of 14 in the French Oaks. Daqman’s bet, Aventure, led 150 yards out but faded, fourth, among a bunch of finishers separated by only a length overall at the finish.

ASCOT AHOY WITH BIG BETDAQ VALUE: Royal Ascot opens tomorrow with Daqman’s wealth of tips and information: Fortune Cookies and Lays Logic, naps and supernaps, stats and facts, and bull’s-eye bets to win 50 points. The secret of success is to take early offers on the BETDAQ betting exchange, as did Daqman below.

PRINCESS TO DEMOLISH BUILDER

⭕ 6.30 Windsor Master Builder’s task has been made considerably easier with the defection of Ribba Hill.

However Master Builder does have a penalty to defy and that might not be that straightforward.

The David Menuisier trained runner improved on his debut here to win at Salisbury last time out but it was only a head success in a bunch finish and he probably needs to improve when you factor in the penalty and before you even consider the switch now to good to firm ground after facing soft at Salisbury.

I prefer the chance of Galaxy Princess to continue the good form of Ralph Beckett. The form of her second to Oxford Comma was given a timely boost when that one followed up in grand style at Doncaster yesterday to give me a nice winner.

With her sex allowance and the penalty of Master Builder taken into account she receives 12lb and that might well prove more than enough to upset the probable Betdaq Betting Exchange favourite.

ARAMRAM SPORTING NAP

⭕ 7.30 Windsor A trappy class 3 handicap over the six furlong trip which is reflected in an open looking Betdaq market.

At the top of the betting I want to be against Queen’s Guard, who although consistent faces her toughest task yet being up a further 7lb on her return to the turf.

I’ll keep the faith with the Richard Hannon trained Aramram who was pitched in at the deep end on debut at Ascot last season but then looked pretty useful when winning by six lengths next time out at Nottingham over tonight’s trip.

He failed to see out the seven furlongs run a class 2 at Doncaster last time but was far from disgraced.

Back in trip and down in class he could easily bounce back to form given he has more scope than the majority of these and is a sporting WIN 20 nap to start Royal Ascot week.

IT’S THURSDAY ON MONDAY

⭕ 8.30 Windsor The final race of the night before the action continues down the road tomorrow. Sir Mark Prescott’s Top Flight Century was (significantly perhaps) attracting a lot of morning interest having shown his first worthwhile piece of form in six starts when runner-up at Chepstow last time out.

The step up in trip looked the answer that day and he should go close over a similar trip here but unless you are on at fancy morning prices that ship may have sailed.

Thursday is another likely to be suited by the step-up in distance and Simon Dow’s filly is interesting in this low grade.

She didn’t run badly in a much better race at Epsom before her Brighton second last month and at double figure odds looks too generous by far.

Letmebetheboss only has moderate form and was a well beaten third last time out for William Muir / Chris Grassick.

What are points? Points facilitate a staking plan, which is the secret to creating profit. One point is whatever you choose: a pound, a euro, or whatever ….

Start with a bank and decide how much you can afford to lose over a period of time, and determine the size of your bets accordingly. Daqman makes this variation every day.
