DAQMAN FLYING: 84 POINTS UP: Daqman landed a bull’s-eye bet for the second day running at Doncaster yesterday with what he describes as the most dynamic winner of a sprint this year. The Flying Childers strike by Revival Power took his profit to 84.75 over the two days.

Doncaster FRIDAY profit: 16.25
WON 17-2 REVIVAL POWER (bull’s-eye bet)

Doncaster THURSDAY profit: 68.50

TODAY: St Leger and Irish Champion Stakes double

SET FAIR FOR SCANDINAVIA

⭕ 3.40 Doncaster (St Leger) See form and ratings: Daqman Tuesday. Aidan O’Brien has won eight of these and is determined to land a ninth with a dual Derby winner, Lambourn, and a Goodwood Cup winner, Scandinavia, likely favourites.

He claims that Lambourn (led two out) wasn’t fit when odds on, only fifth in the Great Voltigeur, with Carmers staying on strongly, second.

And Scandinavia wasn’t either, when also fifth, 16-1 outsider, behind Carmers, Further and Rahiebb, the 1-2-3 in the Queens Vase.

It’s not the way we used to run racehorses but this O’Brien fella seems to win when he wants to.

Lambourn likes to make all and Carmers goes with the leaders so maybe Scandinavia with known stamina can come and catch them late.

ANMAAT MADE UP ON SOFT

⭕ 5.30 Leopardstown (Irish Champion Stakes) See form and ratings: Daqman Wednesday.

Christophe Soumillon has steered six consecutive Ballydoyle favourites to defeat since starting to take mounts for the O’Brien stable on Sunday!

He is at Leopardstown today for Diamond Necklace (2.15), Montreal (3.20), Expanded (4.25) and Delacroix in this Irish Champion Stakes.

Three-year-olds dominate and Delacroix is 1112 over 1m 2f on top of the ground. In his only races on soft as a juvenile, he won at Newmarket but was pipped in the Doncaster Futurity by Hotazhell, who has been out of form this year.

Relative form with Ombudsman gives Anmaat a big chance of beating Delacroix, and the soft ground will suit, as when he ran up to Calandagan in the British Champion Stakes.

MURPHY STORM WARNING

⭕ 2.25 Doncaster (Portland Handicap) Tropical Storm ran his best race in last year’s Flying Childers and, with Oisin Murphy riding high, and Andrew Balding on a fabulous 152 winners, a bull’s-eye BETDAQ 28.0 win (6.0 four places) was my target this morning.

⭕ 2.40 Chester (Watergate Cup) Chester looks a bit sharp for Galway Hurdle star Ndaawi and last year’s winner of this, Spirit Mixer, had Tribal Star fourth, behind him in the Northumberland Plate but better off now and with De Sousa taking the ride.

Gibside won the Chester Plate in May and Tim Easterby is in flying (Childers) form!

Betdaq Betting Exchange 7.1 Spirit Mixer, 8.6 Tribal Star, 17.5 Gibside

⭕ 3.00 Doncaster (Park Stakes) Ten Bob Tony beat the dual winner of this, Kinross, in the John Of Gaunt in the Spring when Room Service (2-2 at Doncaster) finished fourth after having to be switched and is now blinkered first time.

Shadow Of Light landed the Middle Park and Dewhurst double last autumn. All three I’ve named have waited weeks for this, with Ten Bob Tony just preferred.

Betdaq Betting Exchange 2.62 Shadow Of Light, 7.3 Ten Bob Tony, 13.5 Room Service

⭕ 3.20 Leopardstown (Champions Juvenile) In a two-year-old test Aidan O’Brien has won recently with Derby winner Auguste Rodin, the stamina laden Sea The Stars colt Montreal is expected to better stablemate Benvenuto Cellini of the Frankel dynasty.

What are points? Points facilitate a staking plan, which is the secret to creating profit. One point is whatever you choose: a pound, a euro, or whatever ….

Start with a bank and decide how much you can afford to lose over a period of time, and determine the size of your bets accordingly. Daqman makes this variation every day.
