EURO 2020 QUALIFIER: We preview Monday’s Euro 2020 Qualifier between BULGARIA v ENGLAND with a recommended BETDAQ bet.
BULGARIA V ENGLAND
7.45pm England need to pick themselves up after a very disappointing 2-1 loss to Czech Republic on Friday night. They managed to take an early lead too only to see that gone quickly and Czech Republic boss the game from there. They should outclass this Bulgaria side, but it’s another tricky away tie and they simply have to play better than Friday night.
The match odds at the time of writing currently trade; Bulgaria 15.0, England 1.27 and the draw is 6.6. Things have got a little tight at the top of Group A after the Czech Republic win; England are now level on points with the Czech’s and can’t afford another slip up – especially against Bulgaria who sit bottom of the Group.
The reality is England should easily win this game. They comfortably beat Bulgaria 4-0 at home recently and even the Republic Of Ireland managed to score three goals against them – and Ireland don’t score many! Obviously the loss on Friday puts a little more pressure on England for a win here, but they should do it comfortably.
We like England to cover the handicap; they’re trading 1.8 -1.5 goals which looks massive given the gulf in class between the two sides. England may have disappointed against the Czech Republic but Bulgaria are a level or two below them and this should be a routine win for England.
