● This is the first league meeting between Nottingham Forest and Liverpool since a 2-2 draw in April 1999, though Liverpool won an FA Cup tie between the two at the City Ground last season.

● Brighton have never won an away league game against Manchester City – they’ve lost 10 of their 12 such visits, including each of the last eight by an aggregate score of 21-2.
● Manchester City have won each of their last nine Premier League home games, scoring at least three goals each time. There have only been two longer such runs in English top-flight history, both recorded by Aston Villa (12 between March/December 1897 and 13 between December 1930 and September 1931).
Chelsea v Man Utd
● Chelsea are winless in their last nine Premier League games against Manchester United (D6 L3) – only
against Blackburn (12 between 1992 and 1998) and Arsenal (19 between 1995 and 2005) have they ever had a longer winless run in the competition.
● Manchester United have won just two of their last 20 Premier League away games against Chelsea (D8
L10), winning 3-2 in October 2012 and 2-0 in February 2020. Indeed, of all Premier League sides they’ve
faced more than twice on the road, their lowest away win rate is against the Blues (20% – 6/30).
● Manchester United have lost each of their last three Premier League games in London – they last lost more consecutively in the capital in league football between April 1973 and January 1974 (5).
Aston Villa v Brentford
● Aston Villa have never lost a home league game against Brentford (W2 D5), though each of their last four against the Bees at Villa Park have been drawn.
● Brentford have alternated between drawing (4) and winning (4) each of their eight league meetings with Aston Villa this century, beating them 2-1 last time out in January.
● London clubs are unbeaten in their last eight away Premier League games against Aston Villa (W6 D2), since the Villans beat Chelsea 2-1 on the final day of the 2020-21 campaign. In Premier League history, only at Goodison Park (53) have London clubs won more games than at Villa Park (47) among stadiums outside the capital.

Leeds v Fulham
● Leeds have won each of their last three league games against Fulham, as many as they had in their
previous 15 against them. They’ve never won four consecutively against the Cottagers before.
● Fulham are winless in their last five league visits to Elland Road against Leeds (D3 L2), with their last win there coming in December 2014 in a Championship fixture, a 1-0 victory.
● London clubs have won just 19 of their 83 Premier League away games against Leeds, for a 23%-win rate at Elland Road. Of stadiums outside the capital that London sides have played at least 50 games at, only at Old Trafford (12%) and Anfield (14%) do they have a lower win rate.
Southampton v Arsenal
● Following a 1-0 win in April, Southampton are looking to win consecutive Premier League matches against Arsenal for only a second time, doing so previously in January and December 2015.
● Arsenal have won two of their three away Premier League matches against Southampton under Mikel Arteta, but did lose 1-0 at St Mary’s last season.
● This is the third time Southampton are hosting Arsenal in a Premier League match with the Gunners
starting the day top of the table, with Saints unbeaten in the previous two (3-2 in November 2002, 2-2 in
January 2014).
Wolves v Leicester
● Wolves are unbeaten in all five of their home Premier League matches against Leicester City (W3 D2),
winning 2-1 against the Foxes last season. They’ve only faced Fulham more often at home in the Premier League without losing (seven games).
● Leicester City lost 2-1 against Wolves in their last league meeting but haven’t lost consecutive matches
against them since August 1992 in the second tier.
● The away team has never won in any of the 10 Premier League meetings between Wolves and Leicester
(D4 L6). They’ve also failed to score on seven occasions, although the three times the away side scored

Spurs v Newcastle

West Ham v B’mouth
● West Ham United won 4-0 in their last Premier League meeting with Bournemouth on New Year’s Day in 2020, in what was David Moyes’ first game of his second spell. The Hammers have never lost against the Cherries under Moyes (W1 D2).
● During their first spell in the Premier League from 2015-16 to 2019-20, Bournemouth won more points against West Ham (15) than against any other side in that time (W4 D3 L3).
● West Ham have won their last five Premier League games on a Monday – they’ve never won six in a row on a specific day of the week in the competition.
