Former Celtic striker Alan McInally has teamed up with online betting partner BETDAQ to preview this weekend’s game against Inverness.

It was good to see Scotland get the win against Cyprus before the weekend and now attention returns to the SPL. Before the international break Celtic picked up three huge points at Fir Park, which took the side into second place.

Neil Lennon will demand his side kick on from here and I don’t think they will have too many problems getting the better of Inverness. Tomorrow’s hosts are rock bottom, having played a game more than Aberdeen – who are one place above. Caley’s main problem has been their inconsistencies and much of that can be attributed to a porous back line.

Even though Caley beat Kilmarnock last time out in a thoroughly entertaining game, they conceded three times as they ran out 6-3 winners. Against Motherwell in their previous fixture they shipped another three at home, so the Hoops will be looking to take full advantage of some uncertainties in the defense.

This will be the second occasion these two clubs have met since the start of the season and fans will have fond memories of a comfortable 2-0 win at Celtic Park.

The Hoops will still be buzzing from their result at Motherwell and I cannot see them undoing all their good work here. I’m not confident of a clean sheet, but Celtic should have enough at the business end to take all three points.
