TUESDAY FA CUP PREVIEW: League Cup semi-final first legs this week starting with MAN U v HULL tonight at Old Trafford. We preview the match with a recommended BETDAQ bet.

8pm Manchester United welcome Hull to Old Trafford tonight for the first leg of their League Cup semi-final, however Jose Mourinho will no doubt want to put the tie to bed tonight so he has the option to rest players for the second leg.
And the market certainly believes they can, United are currently trading 1.17 in the match odds market while they are 2.3 -2.5 goals on the Asian Handicap. It was interesting to hear that Mourinho said he believes this game is more important than the Premier League tie with Liverpool at the weekend – maybe he was just winding up Liverpool however we can more than likely expect a very strong United side for tonight’s game.
We expect Hull to arrive into Old Trafford to defend and hopefully get United back to the KCom Stadium still with a chance of winning the tie – that has to be their goal, so it’s safe to assume their side and mindset tonight will be very defensive. That could have caused United problems at the start of the season as they had been struggling for goals, especially at Old Trafford, but Jose Mourinho has got United playing with the belief of old under Ferguson and now has them on a run of eight straight wins.
It’s hard to see anything but a United win here and while the 2.3 on the -2.5 goal handicap appeals, if Hull don’t start well we can see plenty of goals for United here. We expect United to see plenty of the ball and you can see them attacking from the off – with that in mind we like Any Other Home Win at 3.25 in the correct score market. Hopefully we see an early goal!
