There’s getting it wrong and getting it wrong. A disaster at Stamford Bridge yesterday but surely very few could have predicted that mauling.
For us it was more about how poor Arsenal were than Chelsea being especially good.
A week is a long time in football. Chelsea went into meltdown mode at Villa Park last weekend – losing 1-0 and having two players sent off.
Stoke are the visitors today to Villa Park and not a side that travel particularly well. They have had just seven points from 15 Premier League away matches, but at least are in form coming into this match.
Nothing splits the two in the table – they are 10th and 11th in the table but neither side can be considered completely safe.
With home advantage Villa may just edge it today.
