The results couldn’t have gone any better for Liverpool yesterday and they didn’t kick a ball. A defeat of Chelsea and the points shared between Arsenal and Man City makes you wonder whether this really is going to be Liverpool’s season.
First up though, they need to beat Spurs at Anfield this afternoon and to do so they will have to play better than they did when making hard work of beating Sunderland 2-1.
Yesterday’s results were also a timely reminder of no game being easy. How many could have predicted the win for Crystal Palace against Chelsea ?
