PREVIEW
Even allowing for the fact that Swansea arrive here on a slump, it’s hard to get that enthusiastic about backing Man U at short odds given that the FA Cup will be their third priority of the season after the Premier and Champions League.
Indeed, just when you thought that Man U’s own ship had been steadied they suffered a disappointing 2-1 home defeat to Tottenham last week.
Add to the mix that they will be without strikers Wayne Rooney (groin) and Robin van Persie (thigh) for Sunday’s FA Cup third-round tie against Swansea and it gets a little more interesting.
Man U ran out easy winners over Swansea at the beginning of the season to give Moyes a great start but the picture looks a little cloudier now.
A draw should give us a run for our money.
