We think it’s fair to say this will be a lot closer than when Chelsea last made the trip to Turkey in 1999 and ran out 5-0 winners.
It’s a Roberto Mancini v Jose Mourinho showdown and for extra spice Didier Drogba will be in action against his former club.
Drogba scored 157 goals in 342 appearances for the west London club, helping them to three Premier League titles, four FA Cups and two League Cups in a glittering eight-year spell.
It’s a game that could be very tight and we’re not predicting too many goals in this first leg, despite Galatasary conceding more goals in the Group stage than any other last 16 team.
We’re staying on the low side of 2.5 goals.
