Arsenal are yet again odds on away from home, yet they have only won twice in the league away from home since the start of the season – and it’s difficult to be making a case to back them at these odds given their record. Palace have improved markedly under Hodgson, and arrive into this fixture off the back of six unbeaten games at home. As we have been noting in our previews, a lot of their games have been drawn in this unbeaten run, however with Arsenal odds on – laying Arsenal is definitely an option over backing Palace. Although, having netted eight times in their last four games and looking at Arsenal’s away record – a lot of punters will fancy Palace at 4.6.
We just can’t get away from the Arsenal lay here at 1.84. Palace have been very solid lately, and Arsenal are a totally different team away from home compared to at home. They look at least ten ticks too short at 1.84, and we’re happy to lay those odds. This game will be a lot closer than those odds suggest.
