8pm The festive period of Premier League football rolls on with Everton looking to make Hull’s Christmas and New Years even more miserable! Hull currently sit bottom of the Premier League table with just one win in their last 16 games, so it’s not a surprise to see Everton odds on at 1.95.
Everton have struggled themselves recently though, but you have to say they have performed well in their last three, beating Arsenal and Leicester while only losing to Liverpool with a last minute winner. Their away form has been poor, losing four of their last five, however they did beat Leicester away from home on Boxing Day and with Hull doing so poorly at the moment – it’s very difficult to lay Everton.
We expect this one to be a fairly cagey affair, and it wouldn’t be a surprise to see a 0-0 score line at half time – Hull will set out to defend and Everton might not attack too early in the game. Under 2.5 goals is of interest at 1.83, however with the way that Hull have been playing this season, and Everton’s form improving, we can’t get away from Everton at 1.95.
