PREMIER LEAGUE: We preview Thursday’s London derby between SPURS v WEST HAM with a recommended BETDAQ bet.
TOTTENHAM V WEST HAM
8pm You could say that it was this fixture in the League Cup that turned around West Ham’s season, and they will be hoping for a similar result tonight! It would be fair to say that the League Cup wouldn’t have the same intensity as the Premier League though, and if Spurs were to go 2-0 up here at any stage, they will close it out. The match odds at the time of writing trade; Tottenham 1.32, West Ham 12.0 and the draw is 6.0.
Quite a different market compared to last night’s London Derby between Arsenal and Chelsea! West Ham came from 1-0 down against West Brom to win on Tuesday night and have now scored 10 goals in their last four Premier League games. Spurs have gone one better though scoring 11 goals in four league games, so we could be in for a cracker here.
Over 2.5 goals is currently trading 1.67 which looks marginal value given the goals both sides have been scoring. They have been conceding goals too, however Spurs have the edge here, with West Ham conceding seven goals in their last three – Spurs netted five times last time out at Wembley against Southampton and with Harry Kane in superb form – we expect more goals here.
Spurs on the handicap is tempting, however West Ham games have been very open recently, so the value lies with over 2.5 goals at 1.67 which is just about big enough to back. Over 3.5 goals at 2.6 is also worth a small bet too.
BETDAQ BEST BET:
