PREMIER LEAGUE: We preview Sunday’s Premier League game between NEWCASTLE v WOLVERHAMPTON with a recommended BETDAQ bet.

NEWCASTLE V WOLVERHAMPTON

4pm We only have one Premier League game to enjoy this Sunday as Wolves travel to take on Newcastle. Wolves will be full of confidence coming into this fixture after beating Chelsea 2-1 on Wednesday night; although prior to that win their form had been slipping a little after their impressive start to the season. Before the Chelsea win, they lost against Cardiff and Huddersfield so we won’t be getting carried away with the Chelsea result.

We have a very open market, with the match odds at the time of writing on BETDAQ currently; Newcastle 3.0, Wolverhampton 2.74 and the draw is 3.25. Wolves have only managed two wins in their seven away Premier League games this season, and they haven’t managed to score more than once in any of those fixtures – so they look a little short at 2.74.

Before we go laying Wolves, we must consider Newcastle’s home form – they have lost six of their eight home games this season and although they have had some tough fixtures when hosting the top sides; West Ham easily beat them 3-0 in their last home game here, although they did battle hard for a 1-1 draw against Everton midweek.

We expect a very close affair here and looking at Wolves goal scoring away from home along with Newcastle’s home record, under 2.5 goals is appealing at 1.66. However, the draw stands out here at 3.25 which looks good value in what should be a very close game.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Draw at 3.25.
