PREMIER LEAGUE SUNDAY: We preview Sunday’s Premier League games – SPURS v EVERTON and SUNDERLAND v MAN CITY with a recommended BETDAQ bet in each.
TOTTENHAM V EVERTON
1.30pm This is a great way to kick off Super Sunday. Spurs got back to winning ways with an easy 4-0 win over Stoke last weekend and that would have been a much needed boost after crashing out of the Europa League at the hands of Gent – failing to win either leg. They’re currently trading at 1.67, which looks pretty short considering that Everton are unbeaten in the league in 2017 – their only loss coming against Leicester in the FA Cup. Included in that run is a 4-0 win over Manchester City too!
Everton have been banging in the goals for fun lately too, so we could see a pretty entertaining game here – in their last seven in the league Everton have scored 17 goals. Middlesbrough were the only side to stop them from scoring. Spurs look too short at 1.67 and while it’s tempting to lay them, we see plenty of goals here. And over 2.5 goals is trading 1.84 which looks good value.

SUNDERLAND V MANCHESTER CITY
4pm Manchester City breezed past Huddersfield midweek in their FA Cup replay, and should breeze past Sunderland too here to be honest. They would have enjoyed their break when not playing last weekend, although it’s possible we might see some key players rested by Gaurdiola here, with the game against Monaco next week. City are currently trading 1.32 in the match odds market and we won’t be tipping that, so we’ll have to look around for some value.
Just when you thought Sunderland had turned a corner when beating Crystal Palace 4-0, they then go and lose 4-0 to Southampton and 2-0 to Everton. Southampton haven’t been in great form lately either, so it was disappointing to see them lose to heavily. They sit bottom of the table with only 19 points, and its hard to see how they can keep out City – even if they rest a few players. City are trading 1.85 -1.5 goals and that looks to be a shade of value.
