PREMIER LEAGUE: Two matches on Sunday. Sunderland v Man U at 1.30pm and Everton v Leicester at 4pm. We preview both matches with a recommended BETDAQ bet.

SUNDERLAND V MANCHESTER UNITED

1.30pm Going back to the Sir Alex Ferguson days, Sunderland used to be United’s whipping boys – United have beat them 22 times in the Premier League, no side has beaten Sunderland more times. However, things are different with no Ferguson, and United have failed to win in their last three visits to the Stadium Of Light in all competitions – something to think about before lumping on United at 1.39.

The thing is though, how can you lay United here with Sunderland in such poor form? They haven’t scored in their last six games, and with United on such a long unbeaten in the league it seems impossible to oppose them. Obviously drawing a lot of games has held United back, but laying them seems like you’re shouting for 0-0 more than anything else.

Home advantage seems to offer Sunderland little too, they haven’t won in their last six here, and have failed to score in the last four. There’s no doubt that the arrival of United will probably see Sunderland up their levels however anything but an easy United win here would be a surprise. The 2.08 on United -1.5 goals appeals and will be our best bet to kick off Sunday afternoon.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Manchester United -1.5 goals to beat Sunderland at 2.08.

EVERTON V LEICESTER

4pm Everton came desperately close to getting the win at Old Trafford on Tuesday night, only to concede a very late penalty with Zlatan converted. They have won their last six Premier League home games though, and scored a whopping 22 goals in doing so. This will be a really interesting clash because Leicester are arguably the form team in the Premier League at the moment since the players outed Ranieri.

The odds at the time of writing currently stand at; Everton 1.77, Leicester 5.3 and the draw is 3.95. Maybe Everton are a little short at 1.77, however they do have a great home record coming into this and have to be respected. It’s hard not to think though that given the way Leicester have been playing in recent weeks that this one won’t be closer than those odds suggest. Vardy is in red hot form again too, scoring five goals in the six games since Ranieri left, and we just can’t get away from the Everton lay here at 1.77.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Lay Everton at 1.77.
