PREMIER LEAGUE SUNDAY: We preview Sunday’s four games in the Premier League including Spurs v Arsenal with a recommended BETDAQ bet.
MANCHESTER UNITED V SWANSEA
12pm Manchester United had a tough match on Thursday night, as all Manchester Derbies are, and with a few injuries too – one wonders what side Jose Mourinho will name for this one. Sometimes early kick offs like this one are lacking in atmosphere, and with United fully expected to win – maybe the home fans won’t be bouncing early doors. Swansea have done OK here recently and before you consider lumping on United at 1.4 – Swansea have won two of their last four visits to Old Trafford. We’re happy to stay away from the match odds market here though, because under 2.5 goals really appeals at 2.02 – United have failed to put sides to the sword all season here, and in all competitions the last six games here have had under 2.5 goals. We strongly feel that unders should be odds on, especially considering the big game Thursday night, a few United players missing and possible dull atmosphere with the early kick off and that will be our bet to start Super Sunday.
BETDAQ BEST BET:
Under 2.5 goals at 2.02.

EVERTON V CHELSEA
2.05pm This is a really interesting clash, and with the North London Derby later in the day too, it’s a big day at the top of the table! A win for Chelsea here would be massive, and would really put the pressure on Spurs later, however Goodison is always a tough place to go and win – and the markets respect that fact, with Chelsea currently trading a shade of odds against at the time of writing. They don’t have a great record here either, losing five of the last seven meetings in the Premier League. Everton have struggled away from home this season, but they look a different side at home and should be very tough to beat. Chelsea have been leaking goals lately too, something they weren’t doing when they were on that brilliant winning run – Everton have scored a whopping 14 goals in their last four games here and we can’t get away from the Chelsea lay at 2.08. We just feel this one will be a lot closer than those odds suggest – and the stats back that up.
BETDAQ BEST BET:
Lay Chelsea at 2.08.

MIDDLESBROUGH V MANCHESTER CITY
2.05pm Middlesbrough finally got a win on Wednesday night against Sunderland – however given they had gone 16 games without one before that, it probably won’t be enough to save them. An away win looks certain here however, as we can’t read too much into a home win against Sunderland. Middlesbrough have been very poor this season, and City should run through them. The head-to-head stats are quite amusing here though! Middlesbrough have actually only lost once in their last ten home Premier League matches to City – that’s including an 8-1 win in 2008, times were a lot different before City had money! The reality now though is the squads are on a different planet, and with the way Middlesbrough have been playing City should easily cover the handicap here. They had a tough game on Thursday night against United, however the 1.9 on City -1.5 goals here just looks too big not to back.
BETDAQ BEST BET:
Manchester City -1.5 goals to beat Middlesbrough at 1.9.

TOTTENHAM V ARSENAL
4.30pm If Chelsea don’t beat Everton earlier in the day, then this North London Derby could have a huge impact at the top of the table. It’s always hard to know if the players will know the result going out onto the pitch, however you can be certain that the fans will know, and if Everton beat Chelsea White Hart Lane will be bouncing. Four of the last five North London Derbies have ended with a draw, and that’s currently trading 4.1 here – with Spurs 1.93 and Arsenal 4.0.
Spurs till come out on top in recently clashes given that three of those draws have been at the Emirates, while they’ve drawn the other here and then Spurs won 2-1. Both teams have scored in all five of those recent meetings, so over 2.5 goals at 1.6 and both teams to score at around 1.6 too will appeal to many. We like the Spurs win more at 1.93 though – they are in superb form at the moment and scoring goals for fun. Arsenal will no doubt be buoyed by beating City in the FA Cup recently and that will give them the belief they can win here, but we feel Spurs are playing on a different level than Arsenal at the moment and the home win looks a few ticks too big at 1.93.
BETDAQ BEST BET:
Tottenham to beat Arsenal at 1.93.
