PREMIER LEAGUE MONDAY: We preview Monday’s Premier League game at Vicarage Road between WATFORD v CHELSEA with a recommended BETDAQ bet.

8pm We have Monday Night Football to enjoy tonight! This is an interesting market, with Chelsea looking to bounce back after a shock 3-0 defeat at home to Bournemouth last weekend and Watford have been in poor form lately. At the time of writing, Watford are trading 6.4, Chelsea 1.65 and the draw is 4.1.
It’s hard to commit to backing Watford here, or indeed lay Chelsea – they’ve gone five games in the Premier League without a win, and have been beaten by Swansea and drew with Stoke and Southampton on that run too – sides that have been struggling lately. Although Swansea’s form has improved since then! If Chelsea turn up in solid form here though, then they should win and the 1.65 looks too big.
There should be goals here too. Chelsea have seen over 2.5 goals in their last four games, although Watford haven’t scored in their last three games. Over 2.5 goals is trading 1.95 at the time of writing, and although we may get an open game here – Watford’s lack of goals puts us off this bet. We’re happy to stick with Chelsea at 1.65 – it looks big against a struggling Watford side and they can bounce back from their surprise defeat last weekend.
