PREMIER LEAGUE MONDAY: We preview Monday’s match in the Premier League between WATFORD v LIVERPOOL with a recommended BETDAQ bet.

8pm Liverpool have been gifted a superb chance to boost their top four hopes this evening after both Manchester clubs could only draw yesterday. They can go three points clear of City and four ahead of United – they’ll have played one game more than both, however they can’t say that they don’t control their own faith after yesterday.
It’s fair to say that Liverpool haven’t been good against the lesser sides this season, and losing to Crystal Palace at Anfield last weekend is a classic example of this, granted that Palace were in great form heading into that game – but you’ll still say Liverpool should be winning those games. It has to be a positive for Klopp’s men that Watford have basically nothing to play for here with a mid-table spot a cert now, and are less likely to be too defensive.
Liverpool ran over Watford in the reverse fixture winning 6-1, and like we said – this one will probably be a little bit more open than usual, it’s hard to see Watford not ‘going for it’ when they have nothing to lose. We feel though, that this obviously plays into Liverpool’s hands. Looking at the odds though – we can’t back Liverpool at 1.54 away from home from a value point of view.
With Watford finding the net in all of their last six at home, and Liverpool only keeping one clean sheet in their last nine – we feel that this one just screams overs. Especially when you consider how the sides played at Anfield too, over 2.5 goals looks massive at 1.75 and that will be our best bet in what could be a very entertaining end-to-end game for Monday Night Football.
