PREMIER LEAGUE FRIDAY: We preview Friday’s Premier League game between WEST HAM v TOTTENHAM with a recommended BETDAQ bet. There’s massive pressure on the visitors to keep on the tail of Chelsea in the title race.

8pm We have Friday Night Football to enjoy tonight as Tottenham look to keep the pressure on Chelsea at the top of the Premier League. Spurs totally outclassed Arsenal last weekend, leading to many now saying that Spurs are the big team in North London – that will no doubt anger Arsenal fans but given the last two seasons, it’s hard to argue with that statement.
West Ham haven’t really settled into their new home ground yet, and have only managed one win in their last six here. Maybe the atmosphere is lacking, with the running track outside the pitch, or it’s just taking them a while to settle – it can happen. Either way, we expect a comfortable Spurs win here given their form.
The match market odds at the time of writing currently stand at; West Ham 8.4, Tottenham 1.43 and the draw is 5.4. Spurs look a shade too short for us to recommend backing, so we’re going to look elsewhere for a bit of value. Over 2.5 goals feels a little short at 1.62 too, Spurs have been pretty solid at the back this year – and you’re possible relying on them to score all three.
We much prefer Spurs on the handicap to over 2.5 goals, they’re currently trading 2.2 -1.5 goals which looks massive. They are the form team in the league at the moment and aren’t lacking in the goal scoring department either. With West Ham struggling at home, Spurs on the handicap makes a huge amount of appeal here.
