EUROPA LEAGUE FINAL: A huge night in Europe with the final of the Europa League live on BT at 7.45pm. It’s LIVERPOOL against SEVILLA who are bidding for a history making third win in a row.

This is the first meeting between Liverpool and Sevilla and unfortunately for one side someone’s 0 has got to go, as both sides have won every Europa Final (or when it was UEFA Cup) they’ve got to, with Sevilla winning four from four and Liverpool three from three.
Sevilla are bidding to become the first team to lift the Europa three times in a row, and a currently priced at 3.6 in the 90 minutes market, with Liverpool 2.3 and the draw 3.45! In the ‘To lift the trophy’ market, it’s Sevilla are 2.42 while Liverpool are 1.66.
Those odds seem to underestimate Sevilla, especially considering they have won the Europa the past two seasons, giving their players much more experience at playing and dealing with the pressure at this level, and while Liverpool have only lost one game in Europe under Klopp, they are yet to score over one away from Anfield in the tournament – finals can be cagey affairs but you’d have to imagine that Sevilla will score at some stage given their attacking options, they’ve only lost two of their last 18 Europa League games.
On the goal markets, over 2.5 is trading 1.95 while under 2.5 is 2.02 – as we said above finals can sometimes be cagey affairs so backing overs at 1.96 is risky, while 0-0 at full-time is trading 12.0. On balance though Sevilla to lift the trophy at around 2.42 is the best value here and they are also worth a bet at 3.55 in the 90 minutes market.
