Group race action at The Curragh on Friday evening but an earlier bet that appealed to me was Edward Hopper in the maiden at 4.40pm.
The race is jam-packed with newcomers of interest, including the Group 1 entered Brook On Fifth but with the benefit of experience Edward Hopper might prove strong enough.
He went into my tracker after an encouraging sixth on debut at Leopardstown after being supported in the market. It looks reasonable form and Edward Hopper can only improve.
Yulong Voice was only a modest third on debut at Bellewstown and the race has worked out conflictingly since with the fourth franking the form but others from the race being beaten.
