KILBEGGAN AND DUNDALK: Jumps and flat fans are catered for equally this evening with cards from Kilbeggan and Dundalk. SHAMROCK heads to Dundalk for his best bet of the day.
It’s hard to get away from Aidan O’Brien trained runners at Dundalk tonight and the big question in the 8.00 is which of his pair will win?
There’s little to choose in the BETDAQ market between General Macarthur and Long Island Sound who were both last time out winners.
Long Island Sound has plenty of ticks in the boxes:

He won his maiden here last month in pretty comfortable fashion and holds an entry for the St James’s Palace Stakes.
Stable companion General Macarthur is also well entered up, including the Epsom Derby. He won over seven furlongs here back in September and in doing so stepped up on a debut fifth at Leopardstown.
It’s possible that time will prove he is the better of the pair (especially when stepped up in trip) but tonight I’d rather take the likely fitness edge of Long Island Sound.
