DOUBLE EVENING ACTION: They race at Kilbeggan (jumps) and Killarney (mixed card) in Ireland on Friday.
Gordon Elliott poses a big question for punters in the Seamus Mulvaney Bookmakers 3-Y-O Hurdle at Killarney tonight (7.30pm).
He saddles the front two in the market and to complicate matters further they also raced against each other first time out over jumps.
That came at Roscommon where Smiling Eliza finished 12 lengths in front of the odds-on Elysian Plains and I’m tempted to go for the same result again, despite Jack Kennedy partnering Elysian Plains.
There’s little to choose between them on the BETDAQ market but the form book points firmly towards Smiling Eliza and whilst I know things are never that easy I fancy the filly to beat her stablemate again.
SHAMROCK’S BETS:
NAP: Smiling Eliza (7.30 Killarney)
