SHAMROCK HAS A BET AT BOTH KILBEGGAN AND WEXFORD TODAY: Unfortunately no joy with the NAP yesterday who finished second (NAPS SEQUENCE NOW 11112) but the lay of Sea Siren proved successful.
The Jessie Harrington trained Magical Steps looks the likely winner of the opening maiden fillies race at Wexford this evening.
She has been running well in much better races than tonights including last time out when runner-up to Convocate at Leopardstown.
It’s becoming frustrating that she hasn’t won yet, although in fairness she has only gone off favourite in one of her six starts, which reflects the competitive races she has been contesting.
In the final race at Kilbeggan, the bumper, Beluckyagain can build on an encouraging debut at Fairyhouse in January when she finished fourth to Carrigeen Lonicera.
