The Gordon Elliott trained Longclaw is preferred to the Dermot Weld trained Classify as he might be just a little more streetwise at this stage of their respective careers.
Longclaw joins the Elliott yard from America and he had plenty of class over there finishing third in a Listed race at Kentucky Downs when trained by Brad Cox.
Classify improved on his debut effort to finish third at Dundalk and that form looks smart but he might just need his first start in 234 days.
