GALWAY DAY FIVE: The Festival continues on Friday with the first race at 5.10pm. SHAMROCK’s best bet of the day runs in the 5.40 for a trainer that couldn’t be in better form.
NURPUR is the days nap in the 5.4o at Galway.
Her trainer, Kevin Prendergast, couldn’t be in better form and Nurpur’s latest run at Naas is almost certainly best forgotten has she had a horror run in the race and could only finish fifth of six (although encouragingly wasn’t beaten that far in the circumstances).
She had also shown considerable promise on her debut when second at Leopardstown and that form looks solid.

Mic Milano could easily defy top weight in the opener. He comes into this in good form, unlike the majority of the field, and got off the mark at Ballinrobe last time out.
