With the news that this evening’s meeting at Tramore has been cancelled due to a waterlogged track, SHAMROCK will return on Saturday.
Having already lost Thursday’s fixture, course officials announced an 8am inspection to determine prospects of racing.
But 25 millimetres of overnight rain ensured there was to be no respite from the elements.
Tramore are also due to race on Saturday, but that fixture is subject to an 8am inspection on raceday morning.
