SHAMROCK AT KILBEGGAN: Shamrock has two bets including a place nap at the evening Kilbeggan card.
Zuzka has been backed off the boards on BETDAQ (and is one of the top positives of the day on the BETDAQ MARKET MOVERS) ahead of the six runner Mullingar Mares Novice Hurdle at Kilbeggan tonight.
He was second at Galway last week to Face Value and should make amends here but the price is on the skinny side and frankly too short given that Chase The Favourite and Spring Hawk are both coming into the race with winning form.
I’m not too sure why Westhaven is so big in the opener. He ran a shocker on the flat at Galway last time out but his previous hurdles form gives him a big chance here and I am napping him in the place market. We are looking at around 3.0 for a place in the early market on BETDAQ and that looks tempting for a first three finish.
The concluding flat race at 8.25 looks a shocker but presents Pollywollydoodle with the ideal opportunity to win her first race.
