THURLES: Shamrock heads to Thurles on Thursday where the ground is Yielding, Yielding to Soft in places.

Best bet on the card could be Pique Sous for Willie Mullins in the 4.55.
The five-year-old disappointed on his hurdling debut when second at long odds-on but the hope is that the experience at Cork will have done him good and he was very classy in the bumper sphere so is certainly worth another chance.
He’s up against some experienced hurdlers today and will probably start a bigger price than he did at Cork but he remains the horse with the most potential in the race.
A competitive handicap hurdle completes the card and recent Tipperary winner Vic Chic looks worthy of win and place support.
