DOWNPATRICK OFF: This afternoon’s meeting at Downpatrick has also been cancelled due to a partially waterlogged course.
Having being starved of Irish racing since Sunday, unfortunately the planned resumption at Downpatrick today has been thwarted by the weather.
An inspection by Turf Club officials took place at 8am and parts of the track were found to be unfit for racing.
I’ll be back with selections for the all-weather at Dundalk on Friday evening.
Surely nothing can stop that taking place !!
