SHAMROCK STARTS WEEK WITH 6/4 WINNING NAP: Emotional Dream WON 6/4 was a winning nap to start the week for Shamrock at Roscommon last night. She looked in trouble on the turn for home but stayed on strongly to win by over four lengths.
It’s a blank day for racing in Ireland but there’s a strongly fancied Irish bred running in the 2.30 at Brighton. MILIIKA is trading around 1.50 on BETDAQ and looks a solid option to build on her debut second at Doncaster earlier in the month when she was an excellent half length second to Shahzan (pair finished well clear) in a big runner maiden event. She should improve for that run and, whilst her chance is obvious in this field, I expect her to win well.
Both afternoon meetings have eight race cards and in the opening race at Nottingham DANCHEUR looks of interest. She made a winning debut over five furlongs here last season and has been lightly raced since and is open to further improvement.
