How good is this mare? Willie Mullins reckons Dr Machini to be Cheltenham or Punchestown bumper class but can she give a stone and a half to my bet in soft-heavy ground at Fairyhouse (4.35) today.

My nap has to be Clashnabrook (4.05) after his so easy CD win here 11 days ago and with his form rival Lookoutnow on a serious drift out to 6.4 early doors from a forecast 3-1.
Mark Me Up (3.05) has gone clear in the exchanges for the 2m handicap hurdle (3.05), but the likely favourite has been opposed in the 3m stayers’ equivalent (3.35), with Vast Consumption the one for the money.
Paul Townend has the mount for Willie Mullins, as he has on Terminal (2.35), unbeaten in four starts in bumpers and a hurdle.
Group-3 Flat winner Galileo’s Choice may have too much class after his close second to the very smart Sous Les Cieux but what makes this interesting is that Mullins also trains Sous Les Cieux!
Philip Mullins rides Primroseblue (2.05) and this time the Mullins yard has conceded favouritism to Francis Flood’s Valleymount, as I write. It’s that 7lb mares’ allowance that may make all the difference. Mares’ day maybe.
