SLIGO ABANDONED: Unfortunately Sligo has been abandoned today leaving a blank day of racing in Ireland.
Wednesday afternoon’s meeting at Sligo has been abandoned due to a waterlogged track.
Course officials were left with no choice but to call off the jumps fixture following an 8am inspection.
Sligo’s fate was sealed after 10 millimetres of overnight rain.
SHAMROCK will return on Friday.
