NO GUESSING AT BELLEWSTOWN: SHAMROCK’s Saturday NAP runs in the 7.20 on the evening jumps card at Bellewstown.
Gordon Elliott and Davy Russell should strike at Bellewstown tonight with It’s All Guesswork in the three mile maiden hurdle at 7.20pm.
The five-year-old has only raced four times and should be capable of further improvement.
At face value he was a disappointing beaten odds on favourite at Downpatrick last time out when pipped half a length by Scotch Beg in a bumper but the pair had the field well strung out and this three mile trip should be much more to his liking.
The betting points to a match between It’s All Guesswork and Go Another One who was a fair second to Mr Showtime at Limerick last time out but I am not as convinced that the extra trip will help this one as much as the selection and he also has to give away weight.
