Fairyhouse’s Easter Festival gets underway today with a strong looking eight race card including plenty of Cheltenham runners back in action.
I’m keeping my powder dry until the Listed Mares Bumper at 4.40 and the Denise Foster trained Party Central who should gain a reward for her recent consistency.
She has plenty of experience in bumpers now – including two at Listed level in which she has finished second on both occasions.
She holds chief BETDAQ BETTING EXCHANGE rival Brooklynn Glory on the form of her latest effort at Leopardstown when second to Grangee. Brooklynn Glory was back in fourth that day and there are no obvious reasons why that form should not be confirmed.
A bigger danger may come from the John Kiely trained Shuil Valentine who was mighty impressive at Naas when winning by nine lengths and fully deserves to take the step up in class on the back of that effort.
