The big danger though looks to be Balko Des Flos who represents the Henry de Bromhead stable who sent the remarkable Sizing Europe out to win this race four seasons in a row.
Balko Des Flos looks a potential star in the making too and comes into this on the back of his impressive success in the Galway Plate last time out. That came on good ground but he also has winning form on a testing surface too.
As well as Ballycasey, Willie Mullins also runs Shaneshill who was four and three quarter lengths behind Balko Des Flos in the Galway Plate. On level terms today that gap should be clearly closer but I just feel that Balko Des Flos is still a big improver.
