GOWRAN PARK NAP: SHAMROCK heads to Gowran Park on Saturday for his NAP in the Listed Vintage Tipple Stakes at 2.30pm.
The Dermot Weld trained / Oisin Orr ridden Kastasa should be able to continue her winning streak in the 1m 6f Listed Vintage Tipple Stakes at 2.30pm.
She absolutely romped home in a Group 3 at the Curragh last time out winning by seven lengths and the slight drop back in trip shouldn’t inconvenience her. She has plenty in hand on official ratings but this is a decent renewal.
Heliac is improving all the time and won a Listed event at Leopardstown last time out over 1m 4f. It was a narrow win and she’ll need to do more as this looks much more competitive.
Joseph O’Brien’s pair Traisha and Mighty Blue also come into the reckoning – the pair fought out a finish at Killarney earlier in the month and look hard to split again.
