NAAS NAP: SHAMROCK’S Saturday NAP runs in the final race at Naas at 4.32pm (to be precise!!)
The non-standard race times arrive in Ireland for the first time today so keep an eye on them (and your watch !).
It’s a pretty good card too but I’ll save the best until last hopefully with the NAP in the closing bumper at 4.32pm.
The Caretaker started favourite for his debut here last month and although he was beaten into third it was a good effort and he should improve to take this race which looks no tougher.
The second from that race Shakespeare’s Word was fifth subsequently in a Grade 2 bumper so the form is probably half decent and The Caretaker should again account for Hardwired who was fifth last month and has four lengths to find.
Blazing Khal looks the most interesting debutant with the Charles Byrnes stable in such good form.
